JPAQ (Joines Personality Adaptations Questionnaire) is a personality adaptations questionnaire developed by Vann Joines.

It is not a medical report and not a ready-made explanation of behaviour: the profile helps generate hypotheses that the coach tests in dialogue, taking into account the client's context and request.
Please note: the course does not entitle you to offer public JPAQ/TLA debriefs as a separate service and is not a PFT® certification. We teach how to apply the model and assessment results within your own coaching practice, in line with the instrument's terms of use.
Participants must be 18 or older. There are no other requirements.

No. The course is about applying the personality adaptations model within a coach's work. It suits both practising and new coaches: no extensive experience or case load is required.
You take the test in your personal account before the first session, by 23 November, 18:00 Moscow time. It takes 20 minutes. Your profile is generated automatically and becomes available in your account on the start day, even if you sign up that day.
We refund the full amount until 23 November, 18:00 Moscow time. After the start, we refund the cost of the services not yet provided, less actually incurred expenses, in accordance with Russian law. All refund terms are set out in the public offer agreement (in Russian).
The recording of each of days 1–3 will appear in your personal account the day after the session and will be available until . Day 4 is a closed session and is not recorded.
